Private money for acquisitions, refinances, new development or distressed recapitalizations and loan workouts where we provide up to 90% of the cash needed depending on sponsor strength, asset class, cash flow and the underlying real estate.
Traditional preferred equity (entity level) strategy partnering with sponsors who have a proven track record for acquisitions (core-plus), repositioning (value-add strategies) and new development.
We will acquire controlling interests in middle-market revenue generating companies across the select sectors with a minimum EBITDA of $2 Million.
We will invest for a minimum of 20% ownership interest in early stage privately held companies with game changing ideas, strong leadership track records and proven market adoption in select sectors.
